Returns endpoint that can be used to upload files

Returns endpoint that can be used to upload files to embedded chain.io, along with upload URL expires_at and a unique upload identifier that is used to refer to the uploaded file in the embedded chain ecosystem. IMPORTANT Using the returned URL, the actual file has to be uploaded using a seperate PUT call. Only when this PUT call is a 200, the file has been uploaded successfully
